Most of us toss coffee filters, tea bags, and half-consumed juice bottles into the trash. Then it's terrible when there's a hole or rip in the bag and that nasty trash juice seeps out into your waste basket or, worse, onto the floor.
I can't tell you how many times I've taken the trash out only to discover I left a trail of sticky drops on the floor from the kitchen out the door. You can stop all this by putting folded up newspaper or packing paper at the bottom of the bag. When any fluid lands, the paper soaks it up.
